Refund policy

All Knuckle Head Art products are made to order just for you. Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@knuckleheadart.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
