Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $50 CAD, U.S. orders over $75 CAD, and international orders over $100 CAD.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally printed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days. After fulfillment, delivery is typically 2–5 business days in Canada, 3–7 business days to the United States, and 10–20 business days internationally. International delivery can vary due to customs.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Are customs and duties included?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, Problems & Cancellations
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@knuckleheadart.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Can I return or exchange an item because of size or change of mind?
No. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide before ordering.
What if my order is lost or missing?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
